For over a decade, Harry Swayne has utilized his transformational leadership skills to change organizational culture and help better institutions, such as the Baltimore Ravens and the University of Delaware. He began his career playing in the NFL for 15 years; with 3 Super Bowl wins, Harry understands the mental mettle it takes to operate at the highest level both individually and corporately. In addition to being an accomplished athlete, leader, and professional, Harry and his wife Dawn have been married for over 26 years and have amazing 5 children. They make their home in Baltimore County, MD.
