He loves sharing his experiences--good and bad-- through inspiring and engaging narratives.

He says "successful leadership requires not only the willingness to lead, but also the motivation to learn to lead." His company guides future leaders through experiences and mentorship to increase performance, bring energy into the workplace, and enhance community connection.

George is a seven-time NCAA Division III coach of the year and has coached 29 national champions, more than 1,400 All-Americans at Johns Hopkins University. ”Coach George Kennedy trains swimmers' bodies. But to really help them go fast, he trains their minds”
